Tip Toeing and Dive Bombing Back to Normality

As my young daughter stood at the door for her first day of school yelling at me that we were going to be late, I felt my emotions pulling me all over the place.


I felt relieved that this little girl was buoyed and excited.


I felt sad that my long days at home with her were coming to an end.


I felt a bubbling of nerves in my tummy.


Yet, overwhelmingly, I felt that she was ready.





I was honoured to have had my writing featured as the lead article in MamaMag.
